Platform instability: data analysis is offline and groups filtering broken, is there a status update/ETA for fix?

Over the past days/weeks the platform has been very unstable. It frequently goes offline, and even when it loads I can’t reliably use the filtering features to filter/export my results.

I’m not the only one experiencing this since several users are reporting the same issues. Could you please confirm whether there’s an ongoing outage/maintenance issue, and share an ETA for when the platform will be stable again?

Thanks in advance,

Carlos

Can you follow our post guideline - keep in mind that we must reproduce the issue first.

I select
Marker Data Profiling - Analyze marker gene counts data

Even using your examples data (Human Moving Picture)
I submit
I proceed
I try do edit samples

I select all to the right side (the exclude part) and then select the first 4 subjects:

I submit
Then, when I try to submit outside that window, this error appears:

This is one of the many errors that we have been having when working even with your example data.
Then I cannot proceed from here.

Even when I get a way of moving past this window, which is doable after many attempets of coming back and forth, some data analysis methods don’t work, which include also functional predictions.

Thanks

Now I see how your operations leading to the issue. It is fixed and the server will be updated within ~12 hours

Dear Carlos,

Thank you for reporting the issue. It has been fixed. You can try again with your data.

Guangyan

Thank you very much for your work. The filtering is working right now.
I’m having issues with the functional prediction with SILVA taxonomy, using Tax4Fun.

So here it is:

I select
Marker Data Profiling - Analyze marker gene counts data

Using your example data “Mammalian gut2” - since it uses SILVA taxonomy IDs (or my data, also doesn’t work)
I submit
I proceed
I submit
I proceed
I do not scale data
I submit
I proceed
Functional prediction → Tax4Fun (SILVA)
Testing both annotation pipelines I get an error

I used to generate functional predictions with my data and I’m currently having problems with this. Thank you very much once again
