I am trying to analyze LC-MS spectra and want to ask about the bandwidth in the peak alignment option. What is the bandwidth and what is the role behind it? Which is better using 10 or 30 and what is the difference?
I appreciate any help you can provide.
If you are not sure about these parameters, you should choose “Auto-optimized” option for spectra processing, which is designed for such cases, and works well in our bench markings.
Manual parameter tuning is mainly for those who are already familiar with these concepts. I would suggest you to look for XCMS / MZmine / MS-DIAL user forums for better support.
