PCA loading plot figure

Hi All,
Anyone can guide me how to have names of the compounds showed on the PCA loading plot figure in MetaboAnalyst?

This can be done manually if you just want to label a few key compounds

  1. Download the PNG image of the loading plot, and insert it into a Powerpoint slide
  2. On the web page showing the interactive loading plot, use the mouse to point to the data point of interest (or click on it) to find out its name
  3. Find the same data point in the PNG image and insert the text label
