Pathway Analysis Unknown Error

Hi,

I am trying to perform Pathway Analysis using MetaboAnalyst and getting an unknown error. I have attached the raw data of my samples (in csv format) and the screenshots of the error.
Please note that my samples are rice varieties (divided into two different clusters) and I am trying to use the ‘Oryza sativa japonica (Japanese rice) (RefSeq) (KEGG)’ database as a reference.
Please, help me troubleshoot the problem.

Thank you for the report. The issue is due to “no hits” in your uploaded compounds to the selected pathway library. The website will be updated soon with the error message
