I am redoing a pathway analysis which I did using MetaboAnalst 5.0. My issue when rerunning the analysis in MetaboAnalyst6.0 is that many of the HMIDs (lipids, amino acids) are not recognized by metaboAnalyst 6.0.
Is it possible to have access to MetaboAnalyst 5.0 until the problem with library is solved?

Can you provide more details about those compounds? We will see what is the cause. If the IDs were retired by the HMDB/KEGG, you need to update your ID to the latest HMDB version, there is no much we can do from our side.
