I’m using microbiomeanalyst. I have 12 different soil treatment data and done alpha and beta diversity analysis. I’m failed to dowload and show the full table of post hoc pairwise comparison with p values in alpha and beta diversity indexes. The pairwise comparison table show only top values i need to download full table of pairwise comparison using different indexes. Please help
