Paired T test for large datasets

Hi there,
I’m wondering if it is possible to override the setting that ignores paired information when your dataset has more than 1000 variables in the R version of metaboanalyst? I have a large dataset that has large variability between replicates as it’s patient data, so it’s important that I can have the data paired for stats.

Hi,
Processing over 1000 features for paired t-test in MetaboAnalystR is supported. There is no limitation.
