uploaded the same data for MS1 only analysis and had no issues. In several attempts added anywhere from 3 to 12 MS2 files from the same data set and each time the same out of memory error:
This is not an error. It says your data need more memory than allowed by the public system. You can either try to use the R package locally on a large server, or alternatively subscribe to our Pro version which gives much more memory allocation by default.
