I have been having issues with the labels on the volcano plots that I export from MetaboAnalyst. Just a few weeks ago, I managed to export them with no issues, seen here:
However, when I tried to generate the same plot this week, most of the labels are not present:
I have used the same parameters to generate both graphs and I am not sure why the difference in labelling. Could someone please help me out with this issue? Thank you very much.
