Normalization fails - unable to proceed

Hi,

I am attempting to use EcoToxXplorer to analyze the zebrafish v0.1 chip using a dose-response analysis and keep getting the error message “Error; failed to perform normalization!”. Do you have any idea why that error message may be occurring? I have tried all normalization methods and factored my doses in ascending order.

Here’s a screenshot of the error message:

I’ve uploaded my data… However, I couldn’t upload all of my files separately, so I concatenated them all into one file containing the necessary metadata, albeit not formatted correctly for EcoToxXplorer.

PS, I also encountered an issue with “special characters” in my metadata when attempting to upload a metadata file… Additionally, when annotating the Dose classifiers manually, I’m unable to use decimals in my concentrations… my solution was to multiply all concentrations by ten, but that should be fixed.

Hello Jory,

Could you share your data files with me through email? (guangyan.zhou@mcgill.ca)

Thanks,
Guangyan

Hey Jory,

You can try again now, I noticed that in the files you sent me there were inconsistencies in the file name and the names in metadata file. Also I fixed the issue with decimal points.
