Hi there!
I have been running the functional analysis with untargeted metabolite data from several different studies. The files are all formatted into four columns, and almost all of them work. However, when I upload the attached .txt file in the same format, no results appear when I choose mummichog. The joint pathway analysis will work, as will GSEA by itself. But for mummichog alone, it won’t show any pathways or dot plots.
If anyone can suggest a fix, I would be very grateful!
