No issues when loading data set but PCA not working

Hi,

I am re running my dataset (which I previously run in August 25) following same steps I followed. When loading data set, no issues appear. I am using statistical analysis (one factor), loading a CSV selecting peak intensities as data type. In the data filtering step I am filtering QC with RSD 20% and leaving the rest to 0%. I am also transforming data to log10 and autoscaling before doing any chemometrics analysis. I can get results for PLSDA, sPLSDA, but when I press PCA seems to be down, sending me directly to the blue troubleshooting page mentioning that there is an an unknown error that is unique to your data and parameters. Not sure if you may be able to help me if I share the data set?

Hi Cris,
Thanks for reporting this issue. We found out it is related to the recent update of an internal R package, vegan, which causes the memory corruption issue. I have fixed it. MetaboAnalyst has also been updated.
