Hi,
I am trying to run a network analysis and my compounds(lipids) aren’t getting recognized by the platform. Strangely, when I attempt to run an enrichment analysis on the same list of compounds it works fine. I have tried using KEGG IDs and compound names and both don’t seem to work.
I’d appreciate whatever insight can be provided.
