I am having issues with the Microbial Metabolomics GUI loading when building my models. I also need to reload the website and reupload my files if I want to test different variables. It seems that the R code produced alongside the code cannot be transitioned exactly to my local computer due to functions being specific to the online platform. I would appreciate any support on how to best address this situation so I can proceed to the functional analyses.
