Hi,
I’m trying to use the module for Microbial metabolomics and I upload my data tables, taxonomy and metadata. No errors are noted and data filtering/normalization works fine, but when I proceed to the Maslin and limma it generates empty tables (no error message). I tryed changing data filtering and cutoff but no results are generated. Is there any reason or any detail on data tables that could originate this?
