MetaboAnalyst online site failed to open after multiple attempts. THis is the report from our IT department :
It is not our firewall or our systems that is causing the issue. The path that the server is sending the website to us has an obstruction; think of it like a road being closed.
You can see where it fails by running a trace command to send a small packet of information to the server. The local IP addresses (ones that start with 10 or 192) are what we can control:

The rest is the open “road” of the internet until you see it time out, where the packet of information stops.
Any suggestions to resolve this issue. We are not able to access MetaboAnalyst in our workstations.
