I am trying the Metabolite ID Conversion and these compounds can be found in PubChem or KEGG, but many compounds cannot be identified, even I used their ID. it is still not working. Could you please update the databases or do you have any suggestions? Thank you
Hi, I’m experiencing the same issue. I attempted to perform enrichment analysis using MetaboAnalyst, but a significant portion of the compounds in my list were not recognized. Out of 1,288 compounds, only 794 were identified. I used metabolite names and even replaced some with synonyms, but many still remain unrecognized. As I’m new to untargeted metabolomics analysis, I’m unsure if this is a common occurrence. Hope someone can help me. Thank you!
