Hi, I am working on metabolic pathway and network analysis using MetaboAnalyst 6.0.
I listed 6 compounds as attached but only 3 of them were analyzed. Other 3 compounds were automatically excluded from analysis. How can I solve this? I want to analyze all of them. There are several papers that all 6 metabolites are related to Tryptophan metabolism.

The pathways used are defined by the well-established databases (KEGG or SMPDB). You can confirm whether they are update-to-date with the literature

You are literally asking to create custom pathways based on literature for your data analysis - this is understandable, but is not available in the current version.
