Hi, I was wondering if MetaboAnalyst can be used to analyze isotope tracing data from 13C-glucose experiments specifically for glycolytic and TCA Cycle metabolites. The paper describing MetaboAnalyst did not mention metabolic flux analysis, but I am looking for software to analyze my data. Thank you.
