I am experiencing an issue while attempting to upload and analyze my raw data in MetaboAnalyst. The processing job fails at 98%, with an error related to the aesthetic component of the graphical representation.
For your reference, I have attached a screenshot of the MetaboAnalyst interface and the status text file below.
Dataset Details:
27 samples + 2 QC, grouped into 9 groups (3 replicates per group)
MS platform: HPLC/Orbitrap
Raw files converted to mzML using ProteoWizard
From the status text file, it appears that Step 6 completes successfully, but the error occurs in the ggplot function, specifically within geom_point().
