Hello!
I am attempting to upload paired data (two groups) into the enrichment analysis test. I have tried using the -1, -2, 1, 2 label row underneath sample names or treatment names but the test cannot will only identify the two groups and never be paired. Or does the Enrichment Analysis not accept paired data? If it does, how do I properly format the data input so that it recognizes two groups that are paired? Thank you!
