I have been using metaboanalyst to analyze my data. I have had no issues until yesterday where at first was giving me 404 error when I tried to export the volcano plots as tiff files. that seems to have resolved itself. Now I cannot generate the PDF report for any data for past two days. I also tried the sample MS intensities data and has the same issue. I click the generate report button and then the window pops up saying it may take a few minutes and then the report never appears for me to download. I tried multiple browsers (safari, chrome and Firefox) and all had the same issue.
