I have metabolomic data with the list of metabolites and the corresponding fold change values and p-value_ttest. The comparison is day and night. I want to analyze the data but for the Pathway Analysis, it is asking me concentration values. I do not have the concentration values of those metabolites. Can I use the fold change in any way to do the pathway analysis?
