Hi all!
Last days I have observed a very annoying bug with the colors that Metaboanalyst gives for example on PCA 2D scores plots. Also when I want to change colors of each group of samples it dramatically crashes and even I re-upload the data, do the processing and try to change the colors it crashes again.
Does anyone know why it is happening and possible solutions? It is really annoying working like that specially when you have a deadline for submmiting a manuscript.
