I am writing to report an issue with the MetaboAnalyst platform. During my recent analysis, the process unexpectedly stopped and did not complete. Here are the details of the issue:
Date and Time of Issue: Analysis started at May 21th.
Type of Analysis: LC-MS data processing
Description of the Issue: The analysis process7/12 and did not produce the expected results. There were no error messages displayed on the interface.
Output File was made until May 30th.
Steps Taken: I have tried refreshing the page and reloading the data, but the issue persists.
