When I get to the BMD step and hit submit, I get the message:
" *Error!Failed to perform dose response curve analysis! Error While Curve Fitting. Please contact us via OmicsForum"
Any ideas on what could be the issue?
There could be many possible reasons cause this messege. Can you provide more details (data + steps) so we can look into it?
I think I figured out the issue. For treatments, I had both a lab control “0” and a solvent control “0.001” in my dataset and when I removed one of them and kept the remaining control set labeled as “0”, the run was error free.
