I am using Metaboanalyst 6.0 and working on Sparse PLS-DA plots. When I change colors of groups in the 2D plot, it does not change all the colors in the 3D plot. I need the 3D plot to better highlight separation between groups. I have tried opening different browsers and re-uploading different dataset and it consistent. The colors for three groups I am using are:

I also found that the order of the legend does not update with the group editor.
Any help appreciated.
