LogFC column label of the linear model with covariate adjustment

Hello,

I am having trouble understanding the Features Detail Table that is generated from the Linear Model (with covariate adjustment) section within the Statistical analysis with metadata section of the website. I have been using MetaboanalystR and get the same result. My understanding was the we are running linear models and getting coefficients for each metabolite. However, the data table has a LogFC column. What log fold change is this referring to? Where is the beta from the regression?
