Could you provide a detailed description of the outputs in the Feature Details Table after linear modeling with covariate adjustments?
Are the box plots showing the original data (Left) followed by the normalized data (Right)? Or are the box plots both normalized data showing the effect of your metadata variable?
Also, is the B variable a joint effect coefficient for all of the covariate adjustments? And should it be used to adjust each metabolite after normalization respectively?
Any direction would be helpful.
