I am trying to upload Raw .mzML files to the LC-MS Spectra processing but, I keep getting an error around the 40% - 50% area.
It reads: ****ERROR:wrong args for environment subassignment.
ErrorProcessing Faild, unable to finish the job!
I have used the LC-MS Spectra processing with the same data and it has worked in the past. I just want to re-analyze it in positive mode.
Has anyone had the same issue? Or does anyone know if I am doing something wrong?
