LC-MS database selection not working. It says peak construction failed at network construction step

The input file is in the same format as the example provided. (Mz Rt Int Pvalue)
The data is uploaded successfully.
When selecting KEGG database under peak-metabolite option, it says peak construction failed at network construction.
Please help.

I used a different dataset. Similar problem appeared. This time it says “peak processing failed at structure propagation step”. Please help.

Hey Grace,

The issue comes from the fact that you only uploaded a list of significant peaks but you need to upload the whole list (usually 10k), including those that have p-value more than 0.05.
