Hi,
I am performing enrichment analysis via MetaboAnalyst, and whenever I run the CalculateHyperScore function, I am met with the same API error.
CalculateHyperScore(tSet)
[1] “Loaded files from MetaboAnalyst web-server.”
[1] “Failed to connect to the API Server!”
[1] “Error! Mset ORA via xialab.ca/api unsuccessful!”
[1] 0
