Issues with statistical data analysis for one factor

I am facing difficulties in statistical data analysis for one factor (concentration); the following are the error notifications:

  • ErrorCannot connect to Rserve; please start your Rserver with the right permission!
  • ErrorLog in failed. Please check for errors in your R codes or the Rserve permission setting!
    Please help me with this.

Hi, this issue is related to the update of MetaboAnalyst server. it has been fixed.
