Issues with RandomForest Analyses

Hello,

My lab has been using Metaboanalyst to generate Random Forest Analysis Plots. However, we have come across the issue that every time we upload the same file into Metaboanalyst, the Random Forest plot that is generated is completely different. Could you please help me on understanding how to fix this issue.

You need to understand how random forest works.

Its output is expected to be different every time (randomness). If they are very different every time, it means the observations based on your data are not robust – most likely due to small sample sizes (or outliers)
