I am using a very large file of abundance microbial data and am trying to run association analysis and diversity overview. my og data file had the names from phylum to species, but just to try out microbiome analyst I removed all except the phylum level. However when I try to run the data here it loads forever and nothing happens. It the file possibly too large? or is a very long wait normal for this process.
