Issue uploading my data when doing enrichment analysis

Hi all,
I’m having issue uploading my csv file to Enrichment Analysis [Quantitative Enrichment Analysis] module. The error info and my setting are in:

And my csv file is here:
A.csv (296.5 KB)

There’s no problem when I try to upload the example ‘human_cachexia.csv’ file. I have no idea what’s the problem affecting this. I would be greatly appreciated if you could provide any suggestions about how to fix it.
