How do you properly interpret NES value in functional analysis? If comparing 2 groups and have a positive NES value, is the top group chosen in the data editor what that pathway is enriched in? Similarly, if a negative NES does this mean this pathway is down in the top group listed as compared to the second group?
Thank you. I have been trying to run mummichog instead, but when it loads the results it does not produce a scatterplot or heat map and only leaves a white space where those should be. Have there been reported errors running mummichog in functional analysis from other users?
Hi,
When this happens, it usually means nothing is above the significance threshold
