I have a problem with the “Time series + one factor” analysis.
I can upload my files and run the integration check, but when I click on “proceed”, the web page with the internal server error appears.

I had the same problem a few days ago. Fixed with clearing cookies/ web cacher from browser.
However today the whole metaboanalyst host server seems to be down, so you’ll have to wait to try.
Thanks, now it works. maybe it was due to the update
