I am using the interactive pie chart exploration in MicrobiomeAnalyst. While the chart correctly shows sex differences, it does not display age and organ-related differences, despite having accurately entered my data. The same dataset works fine on other platforms, but these two categories do not seem to function properly here. What could be the problem?
I would appreciate any guidance on why this is happening and what steps I could take to resolve this issue.
