Installing MetaboAnalystR in Linux

I tried following installation steps of MetaboAnalystR in Ubuntu.

I was able to install R on Ubuntu with no issue. However, installing dependencies packages of MetaboAnalystR on Ubuntu seems to be really problematic.

I will appreciate it if you can provide updated steps for installing MetaboAnalystR on Ubuntu or even Windows.
