Inconsistent values from KNN and LoD Imputations in Metaboanalyst

Hi,
I have been observing inconsistent values from using KNN and LoD imputations in metaboanalyst. I tried imputing missing values in an LC-MS-based metabolomics data with these imputation methods but it keeps giving different values for both methods. Any help or advise on this? Additionally, I sometimes get the same values for both KNN and LoD methods.

KNN does have random component - you may get different values.
LoD is 1/5 of the minimal positive values - which should not change. If you observe this, please provide details so we can track
