Hello, ID Conversion failed. And the function is not comprehensive; some metabolites have no HMDB ID in the ‘ID conversion’, but they have HMDB ID in the HMDB web. So can you update the function? Thank you.
ID conversion is primarily designed for enrichment analysis in MetaboAnalyst. Please refer to this post
