Hi,
I’m entering L-Serine as a metabolite compound name for the ORA analysis. This gets switched to Serine during the name standardization step. I then select KEGG as the db for the pathway based ORA analysis, but KEGG uses L-Serine as the metabolite name in the pathways, so no overlap is found for this metabolite. I’ve also tried entering the KEGG ID C00065, which does not solve the problem.
Is there a way for me to fix this?
