I was using mxML files from water to process the LC-MS analysis.
It was converted from MSe by Waters. Everything went well until the identification.
Since it was converted from MSe, they could not provide a SWAITH-file.
Is there any substitution for the SWATH-file, or any method to customized a SWATH-files which can fit MSe?
