Hi everyone!
I have a pretty simple question. I don’t have much background in this. I want to use MetaboAnalystR but I couldn’t authenticate google drive to my R studio, (if it is necessery info I am using ubuntu 22.04) so I downloaded the mzML files to the home directory as it contains few examples.
How do I import mzML files from home directory into Rstudio to use MetaboAnalystR? Thx
