For anyone who has made HCA heatmaps in MetaboAnalyst versions 5 or 6, do you know a way to enlarge the
dendrogram to be able to determine the number of clusters in the HCA heatmap? I can only zoom in on sections, but I can’t tell where one cluster starts and ends this way. I would like an overall view rather than a specific section on the map. My map does contain over 1900 variables, which could be part of the issue, and many of the clusters are piled on top of each other making it difficult to read.
