Hi,
Does anyone know if there is anyway on metaboanalyst or via another software after plot generation where you can change the size of labels on PCA loadings plots and scores plots? Finding them a bit too small for my thesis.
Any help is much appreciated

This is just not supported. We will consider this in the coming release.
Note all the coordinates as available as .csv files for download. You can regenerate the plot using Excel or any other program
