Hi all,
I have tried to use the code to analyse my own data, which is ready for PCA and OPLS-DA. It has been processed in another software, and therefore I start in the middle of the the MetaboAnalystR.
However, when I start with PCA.Anal() it does not work. I have tried both just using my data (PCA.Anal(My_Data)), and to “set-up” a a mSet.
Do any have suggestion on how to do in my situation?
