How the P-value is obtained for the pathway enrichment analysis

Hi please let me know that how the P-value is obtained for the pathway enrichment analysis (MetaboAnalyst 5.0)…is it Fisher’s exact test based on the hygrometric distribution? or chi-sqaure test followed by Bonferroni corrections or Bonferroni and FDR test?.
