MetaboAnalystR is an open-source R package, which is designed for users to reproduce the analysis results from their local R environment, or to perform automated, large-scale data analysis which is not easy using the web interface. Please follow this link to install it.
The recommended R version is 4.0 or later. At least 4GB RAM and 2GB hard drive space is required to ensure the functionality.
